Residential Complex Tesla

We once again joined forces with our partners from Superatelier for an invited architectural competition for apartment buildings on Dunajská street in Košice. Our proposal consists of two linear houses that are parallel to the existing street. They support and give space to a generous green park between them, towards which the front gardens of the apartments on the raised ground floor are oriented. The park itself serves as a communication hub, maintains pedestrian routes to the neighbouring administration, which also benefits from presence of greenery. Within the park there are various relaxation zones with a lot of greenery and water features.

The residential buildings balance their unequivocal linearity with materiality or various details of the structured façade with recessed balconies. Additionally, on the recessed floor community terraces which will serve the residents are introduced.
